Combining meticulous legal analysis with a deeply compassionate approach, Carlen delivers strategic representation for clients navigating some of the most complex and personal employment disputes of their lives.

Carlen’s career is rooted in civil rights and employee advocacy. Before joining Gamliel Law, she honed her litigation skills at several respected boutique employment firms in Los Angeles. While at Loyola, she gained extensive trial and advocacy experience externing for Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Bruce Iwasaki, the Children’s Law Center, Levitt & Quinn Family Law Center, and the Loyola Center for Conflict Resolution.

A proud alumna of Claremont McKenna College, Carlen earned her Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, where she also competed on the college’s softball and rugby teams — experiences that sharpened the tenacity, teamwork, and grit she now brings to every case she takes on.
